Our pieces are crafted with care. To preserve their shine and color, always avoid contact with:

• Water (especially salty or chlorinated),

• Perfume and body sprays,

• Lotions, oils, and alcohol-based products.

Apply your beauty products first, then add your jewelry last.

We recommend removing your jewelry before:

• Showering or swimming,

• Exercising or sleeping,

• Doing housework or anything involving harsh products or friction.

Jewelry loves attention — not friction.

Keep your Pilarre pieces in their original pouch or box when you’re not wearing them.

Store them individually to avoid scratches and tangles.

Avoid direct sunlight and humid areas like bathrooms.

After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils or residues.

Please do not use harsh cleaning products; a soft cloth is all it takes.
